FuMachine 0.2.8 is out, and the big news is for the Mac. Until now a Mac could only view your other computers. Now they can see and control it too, just like Windows and Linux.
- Switch on Let other computers see and control this Mac in Settings → Connections. macOS asks for Screen Recording and Accessibility once.
- A Windows or Linux viewer’s Ctrl works as ⌘, so Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V copy and paste, and Alt+Tab switches apps.
- For a Mac nobody sits at, FuMachine can keep it awake and unlocked, start at login, and wake it from sleep over a cable.
Also new: Cancel transfer now stops incoming files too, and Windows gets a repair button for the lock-screen service. Plus a good batch of fixes.
