All the screenshots use demo data.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My own models, wherever they run<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FuCode finds OpenAI-compatible servers such as LM Studio, vLLM and llama.cpp, plus Ollama, on this computer, on the local network and on my Tailscale machines. Files that may hold secrets are never read, diffed or committed, and every action is logged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A team of models<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Summaries and docstrings don\u2019t need your best model. So you pick a leader, and it hands well-defined jobs to your other models, on any server: summaries, unit tests, mechanical edits, reviews, commit messages. FuCode picks a free worker that can do the job, checks the result, and keeps a trust record per job type. The worker on the left is trusted with summaries.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A queue for the rest<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each workspace has its own task queue. Drag tasks into order, pin one to run next, and add dependencies. Tasks run one at a time, and you can pause and resume between steps. It\u2019s off by default and only lets in devices signed in as me.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Made for me, shared as is<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I made FuCode for myself and I use it with my own local LLMs. I\u2019m thinking of sharing it here eventually, but when I do, it will be as is. The code was written with Claude (Opus and Fable), and I take no responsibility for what it does on your machine: no warranty, no support promise. Builds aren\u2019t signed yet, and Windows and Linux still need more testing.
