The reason I want a Eee is that it&#8217;s a super light laptop, with decent performance. And since I&#8217;m not planning on playing those fancy new games with 3D it&#8217;s a perfect choice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Now lets take a look at the specifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Display: 7 in (17.8 cm) 800\u00d7480 TFT LCD with LED backlight<br \/>\nChipset: Intel 910GML series<br \/>\nProcessor: 900 MHz Intel Celeron-M ULV 353<br \/>\nOS: Xandros (I will install some Windows OS)<br \/>\nCommunication: 10\/100 Mbps Ethernet<br \/>\nWLAN: WiFi 802.11b\/g<br \/>\nMemory: 512 MB DDR2-667<br \/>\nStorage: 4GB(SSD)<br \/>\nWeb-Cam: 0.3 megapixel; up to 640\u00d7480, up to 30 fps<br \/>\nAudio:  Realtek ALC6628<br \/>\nBattery Life: 3(Asus says 3.5) hrs<br \/>\nWeight: 920 g (2 lb \u00bd oz)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Price? Well, I paid 500$ for it from eBay. And thats including shipping, around 2700 NOK.
