Lets just get started.<\/p>\n<p>What you need:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hobbyking.com\/hobbyking\/store\/__25323__LawMate_RX_1260_1_2GHz_8Ch_Wireless_A_V_Receiver.html\" target=\"_blank\">* Lawmate RX<\/a><br \/>\n* Soldering Iron<br \/>\n* A few wires<\/p>\n<p>Lets start by unscrewing all screws on the casing. There are a total of eight.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/stigern.net\/images\/2014\/RX1260.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"392\" height=\"253\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Gently take off the aluminium casing, and lift the internals out. There are two plastic hooks, one on each side of the PCB that needs loosening while lifting.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/stigern.net\/images\/2014\/RX1260_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"336\" height=\"252\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Solder negative wire somewhere on the shielding, and the plus wire to the last pin on the right side.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/stigern.net\/images\/2014\/RSSI_Overview.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"560\" height=\"353\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Close up the casing, and or drill some holes for you wires to come out.
