Make Waterfall to Shop District?

Hey Everyone !

I've been building an City on the water and were thinking if it could be the new Shop District.
It's an 61 x 61 square area ( 3721 Block^2 ), and I find the idee of a City on the water interresting !

Looking nice! I support this being the shop disctrict. Atm we do not have iConomy or ChestShop but it will be added when they update the plugins.
